• The salesman sold it to us and now when we call for help they won't answer or call us back.
• The man that came out had rings in his face, long hair, and tattoos all over.
• They came out, set up the TV, and just left. They didn't show or even tell us how to operate it.
• The men came and set it up, but they didn't even speak english.
