Free Consultation: If you have questions about making a new purchase feel free to call someone in the business that's been on the service end. We do not sell equipment, so there is no conflict of interest. We have years of service experience and can steer you in the right direction.
Pick Up & Delivery: If you are purchasing a big screen TV from Costco, Sam's Club, or Wal-Mart we can make arrangements with you to pick it up, deliver it to your home or business, and perform installation and set up.
Installation: We can perform Installation and Set Up of the following equipment: Televisions, Surround Sound Systems, DVD Players/Recorders, VCR's, Tivo or DVR's - Digital Video Recorders, Cable Box's, and Antenna's.
Troubleshooting: If you are experiencing problems with any of the above equipment we can find out what's causing the problem and help remedy the situation.
Education: Don't know how to operate your new equipment? Want your existing equipment simplified? We can simplify your home entertainment life and give you step by step instructions on how to operate your equipment.
Repair: Our electronics technician will try to diagnose your problem over the phone. If he is successful in his diagnosis he will give you a quote on what it should cost to repair your equipment. If he cannot diagnose the problem over the phone he will come to your home to perform diagnosis for a reasonable cost. This diagnosis cost is applied to the cost of the repair if you decide to have the repair performed.
Note: Depending on the nature of the problem and what needs to be done to repair it, TV's and Home Electronics may be repaired in the home or may need to be brought back to the shop for repair.

Note: Custom Installations such as mounting televisions on the wall or home theater systems must be bid on ahead of time. This allows us to gather the proper materials and schedule the proper amount of time for the job. Contact us for a free in home estimate.
